The Transmost company completed the works on automation of project management based on a system "1C: Management of project organization 8". The contractor of the project selected ITLand Group company [1] (file). The Transmost company is the design and survey organization specializing in area of infrastructure of transport. The company performs researches and design of artificial constructions (bridges, overpasses, tunnels and so forth) on automobile and the railroads, in the cities and settlements, for the admission of lines of the subway, the tram, the pedestrian movement, communications and also the combined admission of different types of loadings.
At the end of 2007 the company management made the decision on need of implementation of a new information system. Within the project the technique of management accounting used for job evaluation of divisions and motivation of personnel was optimized and implemented.
The functionality of a system allows to plan, to distribute and consider actually executed and accepted amounts of works with distribution of cost by stages of projects and structural divisions; consider the actual allocation of costs on structural divisions; calculate profitability of divisions; consider internal settlement between divisions; prepare the summary management reporting.
During the project of automation examination was conducted and the description of business processes of project management of the client is executed; the prototype of an automated system is developed; the add-on modules providing automation of specific types of activity are developed. Also training and business game on the basis of real projects of the customer was provided; additional document forms and reports are developed.
