Transcapitalbank completed the first stage of the project on creation of the credit pipeline and implemented the system of the credit front office based on Oracle Siebel CRM in all branch network of Bank.

A system is intended for automation of processing of retail credit requests and includes all stages of their consideration – from the moment of the first appeal to Bank for the purpose of receiving credit counselings to a stage of its issue. The platform is a uniform information resource on information storage about retail clients that in the future will allow to systematize communications Bank – the Client in the course of maintenance of the credits and also to develop effective strategies of cross-sales.

The solution means the branched decision gate according to the credit request that allows to configure individual routes of its consideration depending on types of credit products, the region, a credit amount and other parameters. At system implementation the principles of standardization and standardization of data were underlain Automation of processing of credit requests is the first stage of the project. The plans of Transcapitalbank are integration of CRM Siebel with external and internal banking systems and also its development as full-fledged management system for the client relations.
