Transcreditbank creates the system of representation of performance indicators of IT services

On November 7, 2013 the I-Teco company announced project completion on creation in JSC Transcreditbank of a system of representation of key performance indicators of IT services on the platform of the HP solution IT Executive Scorecard which provides timely representation to the management of bank of qualitative up-to-date information about indicators of functioning of components of information environment.

Project Tasks

"Understanding the high importance of operational receiving exact and reliable statistical data by the management of Bank for measurement of the indicators reached by IT departments, carrying out the analysis and decision making about further strategic initiatives, we implemented the solution on data collection and processing on performance of IT in different monitoring systems and managements on the basis of which key performance indicators of IT services of Bank form, – Mikhail Komstachev, the deputy head of department of operation of Transcreditbank noted. – Use of HP of Executive Scorecard gives us the chance on a regular basis to obtain up-to-date data about a status of crucial information services, loading of employees and infrastructures, allowing to adjust processes of providing IT services, maintenance and exploitation of IT".

Project Progress

Created the project and specialists of I-Teco company unrolled a system on the basis of HP Executive Scorecard. A source of primary data for processing solutions on the basis of the LANDesk Service Desk software products, acted as HP Operations Manager i, HP Network Node Manager, HP Application Lifecycle Management and HP Asset Manager.

In addition to implementation of standard set of Executive Scorecard of representations of parameters of efficiency by project team of I-Teco which are a part of HP by request of Transcreditbank non-standard key indicators and report forms are developed.

"It should be noted especially that the executed project is one of the Russia's first successful examples of industrial system implementation on the basis of the software product of HP Executive Scorecard.
