2019: Connection of 762 machines to the AIS "Manager"

On September 3, 2019 the Digit company reported that JSC Transmashholding, the producer of the rolling stock for rail transport in Russia, intends to connect until the end of 2020 to a monitoring system of industrial equipment Manager of 1100 machines. It is the first part of a comprehensive plan of digitalization of the enterprises of holding which is implemented by 2050-Integrator LLC together with Tsifra company, the developer of the AIS "Manager".

Thanks to the digital initiatives implemented "2050 Integrator" and monitoring, loading of the equipment increased by NEVZ and labor productivity grew, at the same time abnormal idle times were reduced. Implementation of other digital solutions together with monitoring allowed to reach such effects.

The first the plants were connected to Manager Novocherkassk electric locomotive and Tver car-building. For September, 2019 a system monitors operation of 762 machines. Performance indicators (load factor) and production data (production time, idle times), on the enterprise in general and with detailing on divisions, machines and workers, arrive in real time directly to the management that positively influences the speed and efficiency of management decisions.

We implement one of the largest projects in the field of industrial digitalization which part is the Manager system. We carried out big collaboration in improvement of a usability, performance and flexibility of a system. This project for Digit special both on scale, and on specifics of the connected equipment. Until the end of 2020 338 more machines will be connected to a monitoring system Manager. In the field of the project in addition to NEVZ and TVZ the Kolomna plant, Bryansk Engineering Plant enter. In parallel with connection expansion of functionality of a system is planned: vibration diagnostics will be added and the mathematical model is developed for prediction of failures that will allow to pass to predicative maintenance of the equipment.
