Transneft AK (IT outsourcing projects)

In March 2021, Cleverbros Group of Companies took part in a competition for the provision of computer service services. Thanks to 20 years of experience, their competencies, the group of companies was able to assess the scale of the project in the shortest possible time and won the competition with the subsequent conclusion of a long-term contract.

On the first day of the contract, 47 service requests were received. For a long time, the customer was left without support from a previous service provider, and many applications were critical and urgent.

In a short time, a pool of partners was formed to work out applications. All accumulated incidents were worked out within 3 working days. After that, the planned indicators were reached without sharp jumps: the scope of work was predicted, the process of providing a proactive service was built. Currently, most of the work and requests are planned and preventive, and not incident, which ensures uninterrupted operation at the customer's facilities.

Results:

• Technical diagnostics of equipment were carried out for all facilities, a proposal for the modernization of the current infrastructure was prepared.
• Together with the customer, a roadmap for equipment modernization has been developed.
• The necessary equipment has been selected for the tasks of the customer and deliveries to the facilities have been made.
• Over 10 months of work, more than 2000 works of various levels of complexity were completed.
• Specialists from Transneft Supervision noted the "highest level of service" provided by the Clever bros Group of Companies.
