Transoil and Lokotekh-Promservice organized legally significant electronic document management

On April 28, 2017 the company MiTek announced start of a pilot project on the organization legally significant electronic document management for the companies "Transoil" and "Lokotekh-Promservice".
Project Tasks
Since 2014 Lokotekh-Promservice provides complete service maintenance to the park of trunk locomotives of Transoil company.
At the end of 2016 Transoil and Lokotekh-Promservice companies made the decision on need to accelerate processes of interaction in the companies and setup of electronic channels of exchange of documents.
Before MiTek as the general contractor on automation of e-document flow, set the task to organize document flow between ERP SAP in Transoil and ECM- a system Directum in Lokotekh-Promservice.
Project Progress
Performing project works of MiTek the pilot on exchange of acts of acceptance transfer of locomotives for service maintenance started. The project is executed using services Synerdocs and Diadoc.
Services provide exchange of acts and notifications between two companies without printing of documents and involvement of postal services. Documents from the system of one company automatically get to another, will be approved, subscribe and go according to the set route.
Project Results
As the press service of MiTek, for April 27, 2017 reported the speed of execution of tasks of customers, using electronic channels, increased several times.
