The Automation of Trade Processes company automated participant of the market of transport services - Transport company of hotels, the solution "1C: Taxi and Car Rental", the press service of developer reported on December 28, 2012.

Background

Earlier all operational, financial and personnel records of the customer were kept in tables that complicated document flow and preparation of management and accounting records. There were losses of information about orders.

For streamlining of a company performance the management decided to implement an information system on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Software "1C: Taxi and Car Rental" which standard functionality completely met requirements of the company became the solution. The Automation of Trade Processes company assisted in project implementation.

Solution

This project the Transport company of hotels optimized:

  • Registration of orders, design of a document package and planning of cars;
  • Release of drivers to the line, control and the statement of all necessary documents of drivers;
  • Calculation of remunerations of drivers;
  • Conducting settlement with clients;
  • Accounting of material costs and control of money;
  • Management of technical condition of vehicle fleet – planning of checkups, management of repairs.

Result

Considerably the efficiency of dispatching service increased: service rate of clients increased by 4 times.

Integration into the accounting program facilitated data transfer, calculation of financial and tax statements, considerably having simplified work of the accountant.

Maxim Yatskovsky, the CEO of Transport company of hotels noted:
  • For us very important section of work is acceptance of preorders on cars. Usually clients can leave such orders long before the moment of their execution. For example, today we already received applications for summer of 2013. Earlier during the work in tables such orders were quite often lost in lump, and sometimes and vanished from the document because of unintentional actions of personnel. If orders were not performed, there were conflicts with clients which in our business are simply inadmissible. Now these problems are fixed, any order is not lost. Exact execution of requests of clients helps the company to save a goodwill in the market.

We are going to strengthen our image the client - the focused and progressive company, having equipped cars with devices on the Android platform, using mobile application from 1C-Rarus company. We calculate that a positive impact on a flow of orders will be had by use of SMS informing and automation of call center which are going to be implemented in the near future.
