Content

Project Description

GMCS completed the project on automation of registration of personnel and the salary of the leading trunk telecom operator of federal scale of Transtelecom Company Ltd based on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system.

Project Task

Project objective was creation of the single database with support of the centralized decision-making on Company Transtelecom Ltd (Moscow) and to branch of the Company in St. Petersburg, control automation by personnel, development of additional reports, also reduction of a form of orders according to requirements of the enterprise.

Within the project such tasks as are solved :

  • successful integration of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER and Microsoft Axapta systems;
  • some personnel business processes are changed;
  • automatic calculation of a salary and bonus depending on the entered category is added;
  • some algorithms of calculations of types of charges and deduction are changed and added;
  • formation of payments during an intersettlement period is automated.

Result

A system allowed to integrate earlier separated personnel management sections, such as "registration of personnel" and "payroll calculation". In the course of implementation works on import of information from the software tools Intertrust and Inotek were carried out that saved the customer from repeated entering of the main information into a system.

In addition to the Moscow office the branch of the company in St. Petersburg which specialists of HR department far off work with the server located in Moscow on corporate network Transtelecom Companies Ltd was automated and included in uniform base, using a terminal server.

All cycle of system implementation "BOSS-personnel officer" took 4 months.
