May 28, 2015. The company of Cliques System announced completion of complex implementation of the CRM system "Click. Sales" in Tregar company. Within the project, 15 jobs were connected to unified information environment.
Choosing a Solution
In view of rapid development, continuous expansion of the range of a delivered goods and obtaining exclusive rights of a number of foreign producers on promotion of import goods on the domestic market, the Tregar company needed the configured tool for business automation. Project Progress

- inventory lot-based control (maintaining several warehouses, inventory, work with goods on serial numbers, the analytics is sold also forecasting of stocks);
- marketing campaigns, e-mail and the SMS mailings (planning of influences, mailings on templates, efficiency analysis).
The module allowing to manage product samples with a possibility of formation of requests (on a warehouse for packing, or directly to the supplier), was in addition created by registration of results and statistics on sales (what samples were transferred and for what products).
Result
Implementation of CRM provided company management Tregar with the powerful analytical tool allowing a message multilevel filtering and grouping to build interactive and multilevel charts, to create OLAP reports on all key registers and reports of SAP Crystal Reports, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
