The solutions Dassault Systèmes will accelerate process of the customized production of the trains Alstom for Trenitalia

On March 15, 2019 the Dassault Systèmes company reported that it will provide to Alstom company platform 3DEXPERIENCE for acceleration of production of 150 trains on special by request of Trenitalia company.
Alstom uses applications for 3D - visualization from industry solution of "Virtual Garage" that allows to provide to the customer the realistic virtual models of trains executed according to requirements of Trenitalia for local and suburban transport. Trenitalia will be able to perform visualization and detailed configuring of digital options of full-fledged structures in real time before transition of the project to a production stage. In particular, the company will be able to select different combinations of length of the train, execution of passenger seats, racks for bicycles, a color gamma, materials, corporate logos and pointers. Alstom provides a guarantee that the made structures completely meet the specifications approved by the customer according to the results of studying of virtual models without relying on traditional documentation and physical prototypes.
After the digital train is completely configured, possibilities of industry solution of "Virtual Garage" allow to turn design and engineering data of Alstom into visual materials which Trenitalia will be able to use in the sales campaigns and in marketing.
