Tricolor TV processes more than four million documents a year with the solution of ABBYY

Tricolor TV completed in the summer of 2016 the project on upgrade of processing system of client documents. With the solution ABBYY FlexiCapture the term of processing of the entering documentation, including subscriber agreements and statements was considerably reduced.

Annually more than four million subscriber documents of different types come to department of the organization of work with subscriber database of Tricolor TV. Effective and timely processing of the entering subscriber documentation - strategic direction of activity of the operator as is an essential condition at provision of services and has a direct impact on service quality of subscribers.

For implementation of the tasks the decision on upgrade of processing system of documents was made. Taking into account the high number of the arriving originals of documents, it was necessary to provide quick search in a request and also to create additional opportunities for data processing, specified in subscriber documents. The management of Tricolor TV estimated the offers presented at the market and selected the solution of ABBYY for stream input of documents and data.

The implemented complex includes more than 20 scanning stations, processings and verifications that allowed to increase the processing speed of documents and response to requests several times.
