In the process of construction of Four Seasons hotel complex before the management "Tristar the Investment cop Holdings" got up a question of more effective coordination of project works, synchronization of tasks between divisions of the company and also on operational providing up-to-date information on the project to all participants of process: Venture Investments & Yield Management LLP management company, general contractor of Strabag AG and consultants of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

"Tristar the Investment cop Holdings" actively uses in the work modern IT technologies for cost optimization and increase in effective management of the company. In particular, top management understood importance of use of a system of project management by a construction object for achievement of effective objectives. Having considered different options of IT solutions, the company management made the decision to implement the system of project management based on Microsoft Office Project Server 2007. The choice of West Concept as the contractor was influenced by existence of examination in implementation of the similar systems and also experience of integration of software products.
