TsAGI of professor N.E. Zhukovsky completes a three-year implementation project of ERP for automation of financial and economic activity

Project Completion

On August 27, 2012 the Parus corporation announced project completion of automation based on the software PARUS at the Central aero hydrodynamic institute of the prof. N.E. Zhukovsky.

The main task of the project - automation of financial and economic activity of institute for ensuring agreement performance of Research and Development within the approved structure of the price and cost value on the basis of (job order) cost accounting method by the project is solved.

Milestones

At the first stage of the project accounting of contractual relations and financial transactions is automated.

Within the second in a system circuits of an accounting and inventory control are implemented.

• Today in the unified information system the department of accounting, finance division, economical department, management of capital construction, department of logistics, planned services of the divisions performing works on the primary and auxiliary activity work; total number of users - more than 250 people. At the same time a system exercises control of observance of regulations of work and check of the set interrelations at working off of documents.

• The detailed fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, the movement of inventory items is provided; management of performance of agreements and settlement with partners, debit accounts payable; reporting.

• Thorough work on improvement of accounting techniques of the enterprise, formalization of end-to-end processes and creation of uniform base of the normative reference information supporting the verified up-to-date data is carried out.

• As a result of execution of the project at the enterprise the information flows creating the system of management accounting are verified and regulated. It allows to receive the analytical reporting in a broad spectrum of factors, it is convenient to visualize it using OLAP technology. The management of institute obtains operational data for control of a financial position of the enterprise and acceptance of management decisions.
