The multi-profile clinic "TsELT" implements the portal of a medical information system

After the testing period, Center of Endosurgery and Began Lithotripsies clinic use of the MOBIMED portal. Input of the project of the portal in operation is implemented by developer company Post Modern Technology

Solution

On the MOBIMED portal the patient can make making an appointment with the doctor, request data the of the medical record, results of medical analyses and other information. Information flows of MOBIMED are sent to both directions – and from the patient to the doctor and from the doctor to the patient. The patient can create mobile medical records for all members of the family.

Three main participants are a part of the scheme of work of the portal: patient, clinic and operating company of the portal. An operator of the MOBIMED portal is the Post Modern Technology company.

Doctors and administrators of clinic make necessary entries directly in MIS MEDIALOG and necessary information becomes available on the portal for patients.

For patients all process is made the most available. The patient receives the registration skrech-card in registry, in convenient time creates the account on the portal and then connects the skrech-card with the account, entering the corresponding digital codes. From this point all services of the MOBIMED portal from any geographical point with Internet access – houses or at work, in Russia or on a trip abroad become available to it.

For security and safety of information the graceful and effective solution was found – personal data of patients on the portal are not stored. The medical institution remains a personal data operator, as before. Only depersonifitsirovanny data are transferred to the MOBIMED portal at the request of the patient with proper precautions.

Results

Patients of TsELT had an opportunity of remote making an appointment and viewing the medical records.
