2018: Agreement on cooperation
On September 26, 2018 the Center of engineering and physical calculations and analysis (JSC TSIFRA) announced signing of the contract about Central Research and Development Institute of navy (JSC TsNIIMF) on sci-tech cooperation in the field of technical maintenance of design, operation and upgrade of objects of the water transport. According to the company, cooperation is intended to integrate working experience, scientific and technical and engineering potential of partners for improving competitiveness of the Russian fleet using digital technologies.
As it was reported, colleagues from AO TSNIIMF and JSC TSIFRA combine efforts and plan within partnership jointly:
- carry out the analysis of durability, stability and fatigue of ship constructions by means of instruments of digital engineering;
- implement information technologies and technical solutions in scientific and technical providing the ship-building industry and navigable activity;
- create premises for improvement of regulating documents of the organizations and departments regulating operation of marine and river transport.
One of the main objectives of the equipment of navigable activity as in Russia, and abroad – the operational solution of the different operational and engineering problems arising before the shipowner owing to changes both in market conditions, and in navigation legal regulation. The priority directions of our work is an automation of the calculations proving compliance of the vessel to these or those requirements, and use of modern computing means for the solution of non-standard engineering tasks.
