Axelot TMS manages planning processes of delivery routes of products for "The Tula dairy plant"

On June 4, 2019 the Axelot company reported that its product AXELOT TMS manages planning processes of delivery routes of products at "The Tula dairy plant".

"The Tula dairy plant" – one of the enterprises in the dairy industry of Tula region. At plant more than 70 names of dairy products under the trademarks "Bezhin Meadow", "Rural Fairy Tale", "Privolye", "Tulskaya", "Vitamilka", "Bonfre" are made for June, 2019.

Transport logistics JSC Tula Dairy Plant has two directions: delivery of raw materials to production for ensuring work of production and delivery of finished goods from a warehouse of the enterprise. The enterprise possesses own park of vehicles which is used for delivery of raw materials to production. For implementation of delivery to clients of finished goods hired transport is attracted. Within the project process of delivery of finished goods is automated.

When choosing the TMS system for control of transport and transportations the company management made the decision on implementation of AXELOT TMS X4.

Specialists of AXELOT company made setup of a system for accounting and automation of the following processes:

• Accounting and processing of requests for cargo delivery;
• Automatic distribution of requests by routes taking into account the schedule of delivery on each client;
• Control and execution of runs with a possibility of use of mobile clients for drivers.

AXELOT TMS was it is integrated with a corporate system "IS-PRO" based on MS SQL using the service bus data DATAREON ESB.

Daily by means of the AXELOT TMS system planning about 1600 orders for delivery of finished goods across Tula and Tula region and also to other regions of the central Russia is made. To the line daily there are 200 vehicles performing delivery of finished goods.

The company plans further development of functionality of the solution regarding creation of a uniform logistic circuit which will include management of production logistics and complete accounting of own rolling stock.
