Tula regional oncological clinic (Case (EOS Group))

In July, 2016 specialists of SoftExpert company unrolled the CASE system in Tulsky oblastnoy onkologichesky dispanser State Healthcare Institution. Here the customer set the task to automate basic processes of office – document registration and control of instructions. Support of quick search of documents became an important option which was required for the customer and was completely provided with functionality of EDMS "DELO".

All tasks set at this stage were solved in the shortest possible time. Users who got access to a system were trained and mastered the main working methods in EDMS. Process of registration of incoming correspondence, outgoing and internal documents, citizens' appeals was completely automated, and as a result it was succeeded to refuse paper magazines. There was an opportunity at qualitatively new level and with the minimum costs of time to control timely accomplishment of instructions by the staff of organization. Function of automatic formation of the reporting under document flow became the important innovation facilitating work of clerks.

All questions which at users arose at the initial stage of operation of EDMS were resolved during designer's service. In the long term the customer is going to scale the CASE system on other divisions.
