FCS announced competition on a rekonstruktsiiya of administrative industrial complex of the Tver customs

2019: Tender on carrying out design and exploration work on reconstruction of administrative industrial complex

On October 24, 2019 it became known that Federal Customs Service (FCS) started the project which is earlier announced by it on to construction main the center of processing data (DPC) departments. For this purpose on October 21, 2019 competition on carrying out design and exploration work on reconstruction of administrative industrial complex was announced Tver customs. In it in three years will have to take place data center on 100 server and eight network (for a switching equipment) it is resistant.

The starting price of the contract for design is exposed at the level of 29.1 million rubles. Order taking from applicants will last till November 13, 2019. Summing up is planned for November 18. At assessment of requests the specific weight of suggested price of the contract will be 60%, qualifications of the participant — 40%.

The winner will have to perform works till March 31, 2020. Direct reconstruction of an object is going to complete (installation and construction works) of FCS in January, 2022.

The ceiling price of all project — without the cost of servers and other "iron" — is estimated by the state customer at 850.6 million rubles "in the current prices of the corresponding years". Total power of racks will be 924 kW. The total power consumption of the IT equipment, engineering infrastructure and other elements of an object will be specified during design^[1].
