The Tverskoy Brick plant under the VOLGABRICK brand is organized at the former VVKZ (Verkhnevolzhsky Brick Plant) facilities and is one of the largest production complexes in Russia.

Prerequisites

Brick production is a competitive market where it is especially important to effectively organize sales. When launching a new brand, you need fast solutions and flexible CRM tools, without long approvals and complex SOWs.

Tasks

  1. Create a single customer base of the sales department with automatic lead fixation and communication history, with delimitation of access rights by user roles.
  2. Organize the work of employees of the sales department within the framework CRM Bitriks24 of the stage of receiving applications until the moment of product sale and shipment of goods.
  3. Build the work of the sales department by stages of leads and transactions, build funnels through different sales channels.
  4. Organize the work of clients in the personal account of the site with the possibility of forming an application for products and sending a map for securing the object with integration with Bitrix24.
  5. Custom integration of Bitrix24 and 1C UPP for the possibility of viewing balances from the finished product warehouse, invoicing, formation of contracts and specifications, formations of orders for shipment and buyer's order, implementation.

Project progress

Deployed the boxed Bitrix24 CRM solution and implemented the following:

  • We prepared the structure of the company, created access rights roles and added users.
  • Set up a Lead funnel to handle incoming customer requests (including notifications, automatic lead allocation to responsible managers, automation of raw leads).
  • We have developed funnels for working with transactions with both new customers and existing ones.
  • You have created a new entity, Shipment Requisitions.
  • You have prepared a catalog with the ability to automatically select a price according to the customer type.
  • We have developed business processes for transactions: transfer of a transaction, approval of% of a transaction.
  • Integrated with telephony Mango Office.
