The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of the Tyumen Plant of Plastic. As a result of implementation "BIT:CRM 8" to the enterprise was succeeded to increase efficiency of expenditure of the marketing budget and also to increase a customer loyalty.
The Tyumen Plant of Plastic is founded in November, 1941. The enterprise develops, makes and implements a wide range synthetic binding, the pitches, varnishes applied in different industries. Woodworking, production of heat-insulating materials, metallurgy, electrical equipment, oil and gas production, the abrasive industry – not the complete list of scopes of products of the plant. Today about 200 people work at the enterprise.
Earlier in the company account of the customer base was kept manually therefore with a growth of number of buyers difficulties began to arise by transfer of clients to other manager. There were difficulties at efficiency analysis of marketing strategy of the company and planning of sales volume. A system which will allow to conduct automatically a customer and contractual basis was required, will also allow to increase efficiency of sales department and marketing.
For solving of tasks of the company the program "by BIT:CRM 8" as she as much as possible meets requirements of the enterprise was selected and has available implementation cost.
As the partner in implementation 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises was selected. In 2 months 10 jobs in sales department and marketing were automated.
Project Results:
- Accounting of agreements and the customer base is automated that allowed to improve customer service and to increase their loyalty.
- The risk of loss of clients at dismissal of employees decreased.
- Planning and control of sales is automated and also the efficiency of use of the marketing budget increased.
- The management receives the reporting under a business activity in different cuts that allowed to predict the most profitable directions.
