By 2010 at the enterprise all main sections connected with merchandising and retail, but the different systems requiring big labor costs on integration and maintenance of up-to-date information in each of them were automated. The company made the decision on need of implementation of the ERP system. As the platform it was selected by Microsoft Dynamics AX because of a number of factors: existence of required broad functionality, positive reviews from the companies retailers, flexibility and scalability of a system, ease of creation of a business intelligence.
From the moment of implementation several large completions with attraction of a support service of Corus Consulting - the organization of accounting for group in uniform base and also development of the module of accounting and visualization of KPI for workers of a trading floor and managers on delivery of goods were implemented.
Concerning the organization of accounting for group in uniform base a number of modifications allowing to keep within one installation of a system account on different legal entities with separation at the level of financial analytics was executed. This completion affected all implemented modules: Ledger, Settling with clients and to suppliers, Traffic control of money, Management of a warehouse, Pricing, Delivery and autoorder. Also within a task rules of financial distributions were significantly upgraded.
Within the project on upgrade in the MS Dynamics AX system reference books of coefficients for calculation of the plan of a goods turnover for positions, percent on the centers of responsibility, a register of the actual worked time each employee, reference books of a binding of financial analytics of the Center of responsibility and a commodity group to the employee, percent for payroll calculation from profit on TsO+TG were implemented. Also operations on recalculation of profit and the salary, a form for purchasing managers with visual display of the previous transaction, reports in the MS Excel, a procedure of recalculation of indicators for the different actions connected with goods and working time of the employee were configured.
Instruments of acceleration of accomplishment of daily transactions are implemented by own forces of Tyumen of TSUM, new are developed and the existing reports in MS Dynamics AX and in the systems of the OLAP reporting are improved.
Due to the end of reengineering of the website "Tyumen TSUM", further the company is going to implement integration of the ERP system with online store. Also the possibilities of development of a budgeting system, workflow automation, setup of work of electronic document management with suppliers (EDI), BI analytics system implementations are considered.
