The Optima group announced in March, 2013 project completion in Tyumenenergo company on migration on the new version of SAP ERP (6.0). The contractor of the project acted as Optima Services Ural (Tesk of the Urals) there is a structural division of the Optima group which provides full range of services in the field of management consulting and implementation of information systems. A project objective is increase in effective management of business and process optimization of accounting.
Cooperation within creation and development of a business management system on the basis of the SAP ERP platform the Optima and Tyumenenergo group is conducted since 2007. Transition to ERP 6.0 will allow Tyumenenergo to use in the accounting activity new opportunities of such modules as Finance (setup of online payments in functionality of Public Sector Management, implementation of parallel accounting), FI-TV (Management of business trips) and "Dispute Management" ("Accounting of the disputed debt"), noted in Optima.

In general system implementation included several stages: test run of updating of a system, productive transition to ERP 6.0 EHP5 on the system of development, transition to ERP 6.0 EHP5 on a productive system, updating of a test system with backup of a productive system after transition to the new version, the analysis of opportunities of the version of EhP 5.0 and determination of perspectives of further development of a system.
