Tyumenenergo implements technologies of customer interaction

On November 25, 2014 the AT Consulting company announced the final of the project of creation of service of self-service "A personal account of the client" by request of JSC Tyumenenergo. A system is created on the SAP NetWeaver for JAVA platform.

Project Progress

Started project implementation of the company in the middle of 2013. At the beginning of 2014 opened Tyumenenergo for users of the website "Personal account".

The project consisted of five stages:

  • comprehensive examination of the automated business processes,
  • development of technical specifications,
  • development of the design project,
  • development and setup of a system,
  • acceptance tests.

The solution was integrated with a management system for phone calls and a management system for financial and economic activity of the company on the basis of SAP ERP.

Production operation of a system is begun in June, 2014.

Project Results

For November 25, 2014, according to the statement of project participants, clients of Tyumenenergo, using Personal account can submit the application for technology accession of installations to network and redistribution of power, to sign the agreement on electric power transport, to enter and browse indications of metering devices, to plan loadings and capacities by years and also to order services of the personal manager. Besides, possibilities of Personal account include informing and questioning of consumers. Service is intended for physical persons and legal entities, SP, the sales companies.

Interactive Personal account facilitates communication with consumers and allows our company to observe requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation", – Dmitry Pyadukhov, the deputy CEO for development and rendering of services of JSC Tyumenenergo company noted.
"System implementation of self-service simplifies process of giving and processing of requests of clients of the company who can use service is time-invariant also locations.
