Problems and tasks

For automation of United Company using the software products "1C: Accounting 8" of PROF version, "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and the module CitiDirect employees addressed to Homnet Consulting company.

Solution

Specialists Homnet Consulting successfully carried out implementation of software products and trained key staff in work with the received information system.

In a project deliverable of implementation of "1C: Accounting 8" the Client managed to increase efficiency of execution of works on conducting accounting and tax accounting. The software product provides automation of the following types of accounting: accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets; payroll and taxes on wage fund; delivery of the regulated reporting; conducting the personified accounting and another.

As a result of the implementing solution "1C: Payroll and Personnel management 8", the following directions of a management and accounting activity are automated: scheduling on involvement of personnel; solving of tasks on ensuring business by the personnel — selection, questioning and assessment; management of competences, training, employee assessments; management of financial motivation of personnel; planning of effective employment of personnel and another.

The management of United Company received full control over the processes happening in the company. There was an opportunity to set structure of the enterprise and the organizations making it, to analyze personnel structure, to make management decisions on the basis of complete and reliable information.

The system of integration CitiDirect of Citibank bank and the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration provided to the staff of United Company convenience of using of the program taking into account flexible configurations, in particular:

• when unloading data there was an opportunity to specify the period for which it is necessary to unload payment orders; the organization from which the payment order proceeds; the partner on whom it is necessary to make selection of payment orders; each payment order which needs to be sent to the system of Client-bank and many other things. Thanks to it the staff of the company received control of the paid / unpaid payment documents and liquidated need to manually enter data into the system of Client-bank when sending the payment order.

• at data loading the user sees outgoing and incoming payments and also the corresponding payment orders. Setup provides faultless entering of data into the program and convenience of its use when processing large volumes of statements.
