The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project on control automation of a roofing complete set of Altes – the supplier of the professional roofing tool, machines and materials. The project implemented using the 1C: Trade Management and WEB-RASSHIRENIYE software products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system allowed the company to improve control of trade processes, to get additional competitive advantages and to reach the new level of mobile customer service.

For project implementation 3 months were enough for the staff of BIT company.

The following sections are automated:

  • Cash management;
  • Sales management;
  • Purchase management;
  • Management of warehouse stocks;
  • Accounting of commercial costs;
  • Accounting of the VAT;
  • Price analysis and management of price policy;
  • Monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity.

Thanks to Web expansions technologies, the mobile representatives of the company who are working out of office and leaving to clients with notebooks got online access to the unified information system, with a possibility of a design and printing of payment and other necessary documents. Now the staff of the company online obtains on the Internet information on the state of affairs in warehouses of the company, online makes out orders on site at the client and checks a status of their readiness. Such modern approach of the company to work with clients provided additional competitive advantages, allowed to reach the new level of high-quality customer service.

In general, implementation of the project provided to the management of UKK "Altes" the convenient tool for effective control of a current status of trading and financial activities of the enterprise. Quickly arriving data on turnovers of the company, cash flow on checking accounts, to a status of warehouse stocks, the number of the made orders, allowed to analyze more effectively work of the organization, to quickly plan cash receipts and expenses, to analyze profitability of work and expediency of additional costs.

During the project accounting of trade operations was automated that allowed to conduct detailed control and the analysis of sales, to plan purchases, to analyze the sales demand. The user-friendly working interface for sales managers is organized. An inventory control is detailed, for convenience of search additional characteristics of goods in a warehouse are entered, accounting of import goods with display in an information system of data on the manufacturing country and number of the customs declaration is organized. Automation allowed to monitor the slightest changes in customer needs and quicker to react to them. The quality of vendor relationship management and other partners also is brought to higher level. Repeatedly processes of an execution of transactions with suppliers and buyers accelerated.
