The Following Functions Were Automated:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

  • System deployment. Embedding of the module "1C: CRM 8" in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program with preserving of all executed changes and completions.
  • Refining of requirements to a system. Determination of the list of processes which were going to be automated using the module "1C: CRM 8", approval of approaches to the solution of assigned tasks, remote demonstration of functionality of a system to key experts.

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

Description

The FNK group is the holding company merging engineering and design assets. Key activity – integrated management of projects in the field of a nuclear and traditional power engineering. FNK-Management Management Company LLC implements large projects in all territory of Russia, in the countries of the FSU and beyond. For the purpose of maintenance of effective marketing and the high level of customer service by the management of FNK Group the decision on automation of a customer relationship management system was made. Having positive experience of cooperation with Ericos group, the company management of "FNK" addressed this partner of 1C again. For implementation the standard module "1C: CRM 8" integrated with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program revised under requirements of FNK company was selected. Within an implementation project specialists Ericos executed system deployment: the module "1C: CRM 8" was built in software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" with preserving of all executed changes and completions. The list of processes for automation was determined by the module "1C: CRM 8", approaches to the solution of assigned tasks are approved, remote demonstration of functionality of a system to key experts is carried out. The staff of FNK-Management Management Company LLC was trained to work in the program which came to the end with passing of test testing. After input of a system in trial operation specialists Ericos in the remote mode continued to advise the staff of FNK Group on support and operation of an information system, to eliminate situations of its incorrect work, to reveal the user errors. Implementation "1C: CRM 8" in FNK-Management Management Company LLC allowed:

  • In sales management and marketing of the company: increase marketing activity, efficiency on involvement of new clients, to increase sales volume; analyze, make decisions on segmentation of the customer base on the basis of objective data; reveal stages of sales at which the greatest number of clients is lost; reduce the number of routine transactions regarding collecting and refining of customer information owing to what more time began to be found for the solution of strategic tasks and ensuring operational feedback coupling with clients.
  • In management of the staff of sales department: make work of managers transparent for the head, control and estimate load of employees; to plan quickly, to create reports on the course of affairs; reduce risks of loss of clients at dismissals, diseases of employees.

At the moment implementation "1C: CRM 8" in UK FNK-Management LLC is complete, effective objectives are achieved.
