Impeltekh implements a project management system in UK "Dzhivi"

The Dzhivi management company is more than 10 years one of the most successful construction companies in the market of the northwest region. The company performs construction and installation works. A large number of objects is implemented: residential, hotel and shopping complexes in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, Sochi, Moscow, Kazan and other regions of Russia. UK "Dzhivi" offers the clients multi-layer system of quality control of construction, a delivery adherence to deadlines and also a number of additional services: sale of construction materials, lease of loaders and cranes with the operator, design and development of KM.

For tracking of the current actions of employees and increase in a project work the project management system of ELMA was selected from company UK "Dzhivi". Specialists of Impeltekh company made the first stage of system implementation for solving of tasks of planning of budgets, accurate execution of an expensive part of the project budget, under control collecting of documentation and also evident control of performing discipline. Also training of staff of the company was made for operational start of a system in work.

Works on system implementation of ELMA in company UK "Dzhivi" will be continued. The next step plans setup of the main business processes of the company and connection to the uniform portal of employees office in Moscow.
