The Ural NIIF Ministry of Health and Social Development completed accounting system implementation

At the Ural research institute of a ftiziopulmonologiya the implementation project of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8 is complete.

Background

At the beginning of 2010 the chief accountant of the Ural scientific research institute of a ftiziopulmonologiya made the decision on transition to the modern solution of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 for increase in efficiency. The previous version did not arrange by several parameters: slow system operation at a simultaneous input of several users; lack of a possibility of control of data when entering in a system; process of reporting took a lot of time (more than 10 working hours).

Solution

As the partner the RITs company is selected from an implementation project of the software product.

Process of transition to the new platform which included preparation of information bases for transfer of a remaining balance and turnovers, additional settings taking into account features of work of institute and personnel training took about 1.5 months. 8 jobs are at the moment automated, all accountant officers work in the uniform information database.

At the moment accounting sections are automated:

• fixed asset accounting and material stocks;
• accounting of cash and non-cash;
• information exchange in electronic form with Federal Treasury Department for Sverdlovsk region is implemented;
• settlement with partners;
• settlement with advance holders;
• authorization of budget expenses.

Results

A new system allowed to increase efficiency of work of accountants, to reduce errors of input and to protect information from inadvertent incorrect actions of users.

As the most important results of implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product the chief accountant of institute notes:

• possibility of conducting analytical accounting and data analysis;
• reduction of number of errors at data entry;
• increase in ergonomics of the program;
• data protection from inadvertent incorrect actions of the user;
• expansion of functionality according to different sections of accounting;
• fast reporting in the automatic mode;
• reliable storage and effective data processing at simultaneous operation of a large number of users.
