On July 29, 2015 the Line 24 company announced project completion of migration of contact center of UTS Group company from the version of automatic telephone exchange (Asterisk) on a configuration of call center on 150[1].
Project Tasks
About 400 specialists are involved in work of UTS Group holding, the entering flow of requests grows — according to the implemented system for July 29, 2015 the quantity of calls exceeds more than 2 thousand a day.

UTS Group selected the contractor of the project of Line 24 LLC. An additional factor for cooperation - the company provides products on the Asterisk platform and does not require licensing of jobs.
Project Progress
Within upgrade of contact center the UTS company purchased the modules "Basic TsOV", "Automated Workplace of the Operator", "Mini-CRM "TsOV Cards" and the module "Entering Numbers" for formation of statistics on each of the connected numbers in real time.
