IT integrator "First Bit" organized for Izhevsk LLC "Republican Center for Immunology and Allergology" Allegro "the transfer of structured electronic medical documents (SAMD) to the federal register using the N3.Health module. This was announced by "First Bit" on March 21, 2024.

N3.Health is a cloud service designed to quickly transfer information to state medical InformSystems.

LLC "Republican Center for Immunology and Allergology" Allegro "conducts professional examinations and, at the request of the legislation, must transfer the received data to the federal register of electronic medical documents of the REMD Uniform State Health Information System. There are three ways to transfer SAMDs to the registry: direct connection, connection through regional government information systems, and transfer of documents through private data operators.

Initially, the medical center considered the possibility of direct integration of the medical information system "BIT. Management of the medical center" through the secure network of personal data (ZSPD) of the regional medical information and analytical center (MIAC).

The time frame for setting up this integration did not suit the medical organization, it was decided to implement the transfer of SAMD from BIT. UMC through the N3.Health module. The process of setting up and final debugging of the system took about a month and a half.

All stages of work on the transfer of SAMD from BIT.
