Ukreksimbank (HRB/personnel management and payroll)

Ukreksimbank reported on results of three years' use of the information system HRB for personnel management and payroll in head bank and 29 branches.

Before implementation of the centralized information system support of the isolated systems in each of bank branches required essential finance costs, considering often changing statutory requirements. Consolidation of data in head bank caused vital issues. There was a need of automation and standardization of personnel operations on the system of bank for increase in efficiency of HR departments and their interaction with settlement departments of accounting. Besides, it was necessary to provide a possibility of the centralized cost control on personnel and uniform accounting of personnel information.

Today heads of bank note that creation of the uniform centralized interconnected software package allowed to minimize costs for its support. Unification and automation of personnel operations on personnel led to reduction of labor costs of HR specialists and settlement departments, allowed to avoid repeated input of the same data by different departments.

A system implements reporting on the quantitative and qualitative structure of bank staff, staff costs in necessary cuts of data at any moment. The time recording and also payroll and taxes on the basis of all types of payments for staff of the bank exceeding 3000 employees is almost completely automated.

The solution allowed to organize uniform payroll on all system of bank, control and cost analysis on wage fund at the level of head bank.

In 2007 the bank is going to perform transition to the new version of HRB 3.5 with expanded functionality in the field of management of an organization structure and the staff list, administration of data on employees, the improved interface of users and technology improvements.
