Description of implementation

  • Settings in the Setup of the Program window of the section "Setup and administration" are made.

  • Consultations on the software "1C: Document Flow" initial setup, a priority of filling of the normative reference information, feature of settings in the Setup of the Program and Personal Settings windows of the section "Setup and administration" are held.

  • Work with the reference book "Structure of the Enterprise" is explained, recommendations about filling of the reference book "Positions" are made.

  • Document types and numerators on them are created.

  • Consultations on setup business of processes (completion date of the document and completion date of process, a reminder on completion dates) are held.

  • Process of creation and the movement of documents within accounting of agreements is considered, recommendations about further work on implementation of accounting of agreements are made.

  • Document templates are created.

  • Templates of processing of agreements, considerations of the request are created.

  • Forms of documents are added to templates of files.

  • Roles of contractors are created.

  • Folders of internal documents are created and access rights are appointed to folders.

  • Profiles of groups of access are configured, users are determined by groups of access.

  • Recommendations about maintaining reference books "Correspondents" and "Individuals" are made.

  • Explanations on work with the Electronic signature are made.

Results

Implementation of EDMS allowed to store all documents in unified information environment that ensured safety of documents, a possibility of quick search of documents, reduced document handling terms (approval of agreements, consideration of the request, registration of the entering and outgoing documents).
