On June 25, 2019 it became known that Schneider Electric and the engineering company Silumin-Vostok LLP provided the pouring station and the service-oriented frequency converter for control of synchronous and asynchronous motors of medium voltage. The companies carried out joint adjustment and tests of the variable-frequency drive of the last generation of Altivar Process ATV6000.
At the beginning of 2019 opening of the PKF "Ulba-Elektro" modern pouring station in Ust-Kamenogorsk and start of a latest model of the frequency converter ATV6000 took place.
The accredited laboratory in Kazakhstan with a performance of 2500 m ³ / was created hour for implementation of hydraulic tests of the pumping equipment and electrotechnical products with power up to 630 kW. The feature of the pouring station consists in an opportunity to test ready models and prototypes of the pumping equipment and also to carry out adjustment of control cabinets and protection based on intelligent relays, smooth start-up and variable-frequency drives not only in different operation modes, but also under impressive loading.
Within 20 days of tests technical specialists of Silumin-Vostok company together with Schneider Electric developers performed assembly and equipment checkout and also tested a product in different operation modes at the operating pouring station that as a result allowed to provide the project, completely ready to start.
the Idea to implement such large-scale project was accepted with big enthusiasm not only from our employees, but also from partners from Schneider Electric. Through joint efforts we managed to present the solution in the field of mechanical engineering which has impressive potential to improvement, |
The last generation of the transformers ATV6000 completely conform to requirements of the standards "Industry 4.0". In turn I.Q. of ATV6000 provides both predictive self-diagnostics, and diagnostics of attached devices. Besides, it allows to manage operating costs of operation on an equal basis with the function of machine self-training integrated by specialists.
ATV6000 is equipped with an electronic bypass of power cells that allows not just to protect the equipment from idle times, but also to optimize workflow, relying on fast and simple methods of service. The universality of our platform is that it can be integrated into any production environment and into any technology process noted Anton Tsapenko, the director of the department of the industry of Schneider Electric Kazakhstan company
