Representation of the intelligent connected frequency converter of medium voltage ATV6000
The Schneider Electric company provided on September 17, 2019 Altivar Process 6000 — service - the focused industrial frequency converter of high performance intended for control of three-phase asynchronous and synchronous motors of medium voltage.
A series of the frequency converters ATV6000 conforms to the international and Russian standards, ensuring effective and reliable functioning of the equipment in the projects implemented by end users, equipment manufacturers and system integrators. Network and ATV6000 software applications are reliably protected from any digital attacks that is confirmed with the certificate of cyber security of "Achilles Level 2 Certification".
The Altivar Process 6000 drive with the built-in intellectual services providing support of Internet of Things supplements a line of Altivar Process drives. Description of Altivar Process ATV6000
For June, 2019 Altivar Process ATV6000 is the product from ATV6000 line allowing to solve problems of operation and repair of drives with average parameters of tension.
Design and further use of plants requires certain finance costs on repair and equipment maintenance, support of technical characteristics of power stations, reduction of amounts of the consumed energy, forecasting of critical events and also reduction of a downtime of the production equipment owing to an emergency situation.
ATV6000 represents the intelligent frequency transformer by means of which business processes are optimized by means of improvement of a management system for energy, process management of optimization and improvement of a resource management system and also formation of the personal engineering solution.
Within this transformer the following constructive solutions are embodied:
- the inverter which structure has a set of levels;
- polyphase transformer of the built-in type;
- separate air flows.
The ATV6000 transformer is characterized by compactness and high performance coefficient which exceeds a mark of 96.5%. The device saves the functionality with the broad range of temperatures (-10+40ºC).
The curve of voltage output forms by means of consecutive accession of invertor cells with two-level structure. Their project is made based on low-voltage reliable IGBT transistors which are actively used in industry. The technical solutions implemented in this device allow to achieve the following results:
- sinusoidal curve of the current received from the electric network with <2%, полностью соответствующим Thdirossiyskim value and to international standards;
- sinusoidal curve of voltage output which forms when using amplitude shift keying with a small step of stages of tension;
- there is no moment pulsation;
- minimum of losses.
The frequency transformer of the considered model is convenient in service, has the cooling system, an optimal complete set (lighting, an option of UPS, an operator LCD panel, the signal and sound light, inputs and exits with free programming). The cabinet of the transformer is characterized by rugged construction, is completed with the system of door blocking and locks on door handles, has function of shutdown of tension after opening of doors. Also in the transformer there is a cabinet of power cells equipped with observation ports and status lights of cells.
The device is completed with the LCD display with the multilingual display which guarantees convenience of service and setup of the frequency transformer. The device is configured using program capabilities of SoMove which provides an effective configuration of parameters in the remote mode with a possibility of the subsequent loading in the transformer of frequencies.[1]
