"The Ulyanovsk CHPP-1" upgraded the system of ignition of torches

On March 11, 2014 KRUG company reported: on the Ulyanovsk CHPP-1 industrial control systems of PTVM 100 boilers of Article No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 are put into operation.

Project Tasks

The Ulyanovsk CHPP-1 - Volga TGC branch of JSC on which reconstruction and upgrade of the capital equipment and the automation equipment of technology processes is consistently carried out.

Project Progress

Works are carried out within reconstruction of the systems of gas supply of PTVM 100 boilers for the purpose of reduction them to requirements of "Safety rules of the systems of gas distribution and gas consumption" of PB 12.529.03.

The KRUG scientific and production firm performed a complex of works on creation of an APCS of boilers in structure:

• design of replacement of the gas equipment
• equipment design of instrumentation and automated control systems, average and upper levels of a software and hardware complex
• delivery of the gas equipment, instrumentation and automated control systems and software and hardware complex
• installation works
• commissioning and complex approbation.

Project Continuation

On June 23, 2014 KRUG company announced end of the first stage of creation of the full-scale industrial control system of the PTVM-180 boiler of Article No. 6.

Within the first stage the complex of works on creation of an APCS of boilers, in structure is executed:

• design of replacement of the gas equipment
• equipment design of instrumentation and automated control systems, average and upper levels of a software and hardware complex
• delivery of the gas equipment and equipment for a subsystem of the top level.

Until the end of 2014 end of the second stage on creation of the PCS of a boiler, including supply of equipment of instrumentation and automated control systems, software and hardware complex, mounting, engineering and commissioning is planned.

Development of the project

On July 19, 2017 the KRUG company announced upgrade of SARG of the boiler PK-12 of the Ulyanovsk CHPP-1 - modernization of the top level of a system of automatic ignition of torches is carried out.

In a work progress are carried out:

• replacement of the automated workplace hardware of driver No. 1.2
• to a system parameters of control of a gas rate are added to a boiler and vapor pressures at the exit from a boiler
• software updating of the top level the SCADA KRUG-2000 to version 4.2.
