The Uniform Media group optimizes management of finance technology

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of automation of Uniform Media Group company on the basis of solutions "BIT:FINANS. Prof" and "1C: Accounting 8", the press service of integrator reported on April 9, 2013.

By the beginning of the project

Earlier for accounting in the company the system which is not conforming to requirements of the organization was used. In particular, for management of budgeting spreadsheets were used. The plan-fact analysis was not carried out, processes of management of finance required optimization. Data in reports were often duplicated, output with errors. The enterprise felt need for a system which would help to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting the regulated and management accounting.

The choice was stopped on industry solution of "BIT:FINANS" and the 1C: Accounting 8 software product which functionality allowed to organize accounting, to increase quality of planning and control over a funds expenditure. In the project invited the company "1C: The first BIT".

Implementation

Installation and setup of software products is made, data exchange between them is configured. Separately integrated the data obtained from the previous automation system and tables of Excel. To the customer helped to make structure of the CFD, budgets. User training is provided. Within the project 30 jobs are automated.

Processes of business and tax accounting, payroll calculation, treasury and budgeting were as a result completely automated. The number of routine transactions for employees of finance division was reduced. Need of paper approval of all budgets disappeared. There was a possibility of obtaining the plan-fact analysis of accomplishment of the income and expenditure budget, cash flow. Data from several bases are consolidated in one now, the quantity of errors of accounting is minimized. Time for calculation of profitability of projects is considerably reduced.

Result

As a result load of accountant officers and finance division is significantly reduced. The regulated and management reporting is prepared timely, accuracy of the data increased. The quality of financial planning increased, control of observance of budget limits is strengthened. Profitability of projects is calculated 3-4 times quicker.
