In Sverdlovsk region began issue of Uniform social cards

In the middle of August, 2020 in Sverdlovsk region began issue of the Uniform Social Cards (USC). The Sapphire expert company which signed the agreement with the companies ready to provide different services and the loyalty program for owners of Uniform Social Cards acts as the operator of the project.

It is free can issue the Uniform social card and use all services each resident of Sverdlovsk region who reached 14 years. At the same time minors at the age of 14-18 years can register ESK from the written consent of the parents.

The uniform social card is made out and serviced free of charge throughout all validity period. The card is available in two options: with the settlement application and without it.
