2020: Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in foreign divisions

Corus Consulting Group announced on July 6, 2020 automation foreign division of pharmaceutical company "Yunifarm" within rollouts of the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and also performs technical support of the solution. The project covers key business processes: from financial accounting before production, management of a warehouse and merchandising. The solution allowed to transfer work of divisions to a uniform circuit, to unify business processes, to increase quality of the reporting at all levels of business.

The project began with Russia: CORUS Consulting Group automated a financial and logistic circuit in Yunifarm subsidiary company based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform. In 2019 the international project phase started: within a year solution rollouts were executed. For July, 2020 a system is started in most divisions, including on production sites in the USA.

ERP system serves for Yunifarm as the tool for the unified and operational formation of the financial and management reporting. In a system processes of accounting, tax accounting, reporting according to the US GAAP standards are implemented, and in subsidiary companies account according to local standards is in parallel kept. In Microsoft Dynamics AX all transactions connected with management of goods, a warehouse, sales and finance are reflected.

When implementing the project in Yunifarm considered important as much as possible to use standard opportunities of the platform. Rollouts were executed by a command of Corus Consulting far off. Specialists of the Russian subsidiary company "Yunifarm" coordinated process, made decisions on problems of automation and acted as a link between the IT company and end users. The last stage of a rollout on the production site in the USA fell on the period of a pandemic of COVID-19 and mode of self-isolation, but the constructed scheme of interaction of commands helped to start a system successfully. Experience of Corus Consulting in the field of implementation Microsoft Dynamics AX and functionality of the ERP system allowed to solve the customer's business challenges with the minimum volume of completions.

For the beginning of July, 2020 Corus Consulting performs technical support of the ERP system and Yunifarm helps to develop the solution under requirements of business and market. To the functional directions – finance, logistics, production – assign certain consultants of the IT company. The command of support reviews change requests of functionality, advises and trains users.

Participation in the international projects for us is important activity. We helped to solve – to ensure Yunifarm a global business challenge functioning of divisions in a uniform circuit, and we continue to maintain stability of the solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. Technical support specialists try to process requests of users with a high speed and to constantly improve interaction with employees Yunifarm. With growth of business we have different tasks, and the ERP system helps to solve them effectively. In 2020 at us several important events are planned at once. The first is an opening of the production site in America, works on start of a full stroke of production process in Microsoft Dynamics AX, together with automation of a warehouse based on the module WMS are already conducted. 2019: Completion of implementation of the ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

On April 9, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced project completion on implementation of the ERP system in the international pharmaceutical company "Yunifarm". Now purchasing activity, accounting, international and tax accounting will be provided by the solution on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform.

Within the project management of the Russian branch of corporation was faced by a task to achieve providing analytics on structure of cost value taking into account transfer pricing and intra group transactions.

Having studied the ERP solutions presented at the market, the management made a choice for benefit of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 - the platform has high performance and is adaptive to statutory requirements of the different countries that, undoubtedly, is advantage to the international company. To participation in the project the command of Corus Consulting was invited.

Thanks to the implemented system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX we received the effective tool for the unified and operational formation of all necessary reporting according to the Russian and international standards. Interesting feature of the project is what the choice and implementing solution began from the country of presence of the company, Russia, but not from the headquarters. For April, 2019 in a priority recently starting project of replication of the solution on all divisions of corporation, including on the international representative offices, – Artur Bezlyudov, the chief financial officer notes Yunifarm.

In the set ERP system in a uniform circuit all transactions connected with management of goods, a warehouse and sales are displayed, the financial statements are prepared in it in parallel according to two standards (RAS and US GAAP). It allows company management to avoid additional time and finance costs on transformation of data and to see the arriving information in real time.
