Unitile is going to implement Microsoft Dynamics

On October 10, 2013 the GMCS company announced plans of UNITILE holding to use Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for management of the company of divisions.

Project Tasks

The GMCS company will execute the translation of the information management system of the main production site of holding – the Stroyfarfor plant in the city of Shakhty of the Rostov region – on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform.

Process automation of distribution on the platform of the solution Microsoft in uniform trading house of Evrotayl-Distribution holding will become the second stage of the project.

"Today, when the UNITILE holding performs the large-scale investment program connected with upgrade of production capacities we expand the requirements to an enterprise information system. Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 contains rich functionality of opportunities which interested us. For example, in our system summary planning is implemented - it is difficult process which requires to consider a large number of various factors. The main contractor of the project, GMCS company, will provide all necessary complex of works on implementation of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics, having saved and having expanded the practices necessary to us made earlier", – Alexander Burdin, the chief executive of UNITILE holding noted.

Project Plans

With transition to the new version of a business system of Microsoft Dynamics the Stroyfarfor plant is going to optimize the current business processes – production, finance, budgeting, logistics and inventory accounting, TORO, settlings with clients and suppliers. Special attention will be paid to improvement of summary planning and process production. As a result the UNITILE holding will receive more accurate result for short-term and long-term planning taking into account change of internal and external factors, will be able to lower costs by production, to increase performance without loss of quality.

Within process automation of distribution of Evrotayl-Distribution trading house of holding, GMCS will develop the module of transport logistics necessary for planning and tracking of movement of finished goods from a warehouse to the end consumer. Thanks to it there will be centralized operation by distribution within a single system and vendor interaction and clients, including due to reduction of terms of an execution of necessary documents is improved.
