RG-Soft implemented a possibility of accounting on EPS for "Unity Re"

On August 7, 2018 the RG-Soft company announced implementation of a possibility of accounting on UPA (Unified Plan of Accounts) for LLC APO Yuniti Re.

The client purchased the software product "1C: KORP insurance company 8". The project on setup of rules of exchange between databases of accounting and reconciliation of the broadcast data was required.

The project agreement which includes the next stages was signed with RG-Soft company:

• transfer a remaining balance from "1C: The continent of edition 2.0" in 1C:CKK;
• configure procedures for automatic transfer of documents from "1C: The continent 2.0" in 1C:CKK;
• provide transfers and reconciliation of data in 18 months (all 2017 and two quarters 2018);
• provide resident instruction of employees to work with the software product.

As a result the Re Yuniti company has a full range of the transactions inherent to insurance company: this compulsory insurance and agreements of reinsurance, direct and return insurance. Besides:

• there are various financial instruments in rubles and nominated in foreign currency;
• there is NVPI (an inseparable part of the derivative financial instruments) as a part of agreements of reinsurance;
• the accounting model at depreciated cost taking into account an effective rate of percent is used.

All this means deep methodological work on setup of accounting according to the entered provisions of the Bank of Russia. Employees of the client take active part in analytical accounting setup. Special methodological comments were developed for the solution of a task of correct accounting of NVPI (the built-in derivative tool which is not separated from the basic agreement) during the project and additional tunings of standard functionality of the software product are made.
