In October 2012, Peak Systems (Peak Systems), together with BPC Banking Technologies, successfully completed a project for UEC FUO. Within the framework of the project for the creation of software systems "Front system of FWD EPSS UEC" and "Backofis system of the operator of EPSS UEC" Peak Systems has developed and implemented the subsystems "System for the preparation of personalized data" (SPPD) and "Application and card management system" (CMS).
BPC "Banking Technologies" has become a supplier of solutions and architect of the future system, as well as an integrator of all components of the project and external solutions at various institutional levels. BPC "Banking Technologies" carried out the development and integration of systems for accepting applications, verification of the correctness of the requested data from all system participants and their further transfer to system participants for preparing cards for issue.
SPDS is an integral part of the Front system of the EPSS FCS UEC and is designed to implement data preparation processes for initialization and personalization of UEC cards during their emission. This system includes unique developments from Peak Systems and provides support for the following functions:
- processing of tasks for preparation of initialization and personalization data;
- formation of specialized LPIS files with initialization or personalization data (they are part of the federal package of data on a citizen), the structure of which complies with the establishing documents and specifications of the EPSS UEC;
- transfer of the module operation results to the Front system of the EPSS AFS UEC.
One of the key advantages of the SPD solution is the use of special data conversion scenarios (templates) that determine the data sources, the structure of the resulting data, as well as algorithms for converting data received from sources into data of the required structure. The use of such templates allows for high system flexibility.
ASMS is designed to implement the processes of post-emission remote content management of UEC cards and provides support for the following functions:
- receiving and maintaining a register of applications for remote management of map content;
- making requests for remote management of the content of the cards, both registered in advance and received from the card holder in real time directly from the self-service device;
- maintenance of reference books of card platforms, applications and products certified for use in EPSS UEC.
A key advantage of the CMS solution is the use of an API developed in accordance with the Global Platform specification and allowing you to control the UEC identity application and any third-party applications that can be placed on the UEC map.
