Implementation of EDMS DIRECTUM in TD URALCHEM LLC

URALCHEM Trading House LLC is among assets of URALCHEM HOLDING P.L.C. and actually is structural trade division of holding. The company sells products made at the main enterprises of holding.

Within implementation by specialists CRETE of EDMS DIRECTUM the following processes were automated:

• work with the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• work with organizational and administrative documentation;
• work with memos;
• contract management and contractual documents;
• management of business trips;
• management of powers of attorney.

For the purpose of increase in convenience of using of a system to all processes masters of actions were developed.

It is worth selecting with separate point expanded integration of a corporate system of DIRECTUM with "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Enterprise. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Connectors which allow to perform bilateral exchange to data between systems in two modes were developed: automatic and upon the demand of the user. Details and images of all types of contractual documents taking into account three-level subordination, and the staff list are synchronized.

For the management and employees with traveling kind of work web access to DIRECTUM was implemented.
