2019: Completion of SAP implementation of Process Mining by Celonis

On August 12, 2019 the SAP CIS company reported that the Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UBRIR) completed an implementation project of SAP Process Mining by Celonis. This system will allow bank to optimize process of issuance of credits to individuals, to lower load of employees of the retail block and to increase customer service quality. RAMAKS Group acted as the partner in implementation.

The developed models and data marts will allow the staff of responsible divisions of bank to control process of issuance of credits daily: as in a complex, and its specific sites. Actions of employees in all used information systems can be traced and be estimated in real time. If necessary heads can independently add additional cuts of the analysis and take fast corrective actions on the basis of analytics. It considerably will reduce the risks connected with late detection of undesirable situations and will bring additional economic effect.

2018: Beginning of implementation of the SAP Process Mining by Celonis platform

On September 24, 2018 the RAMAKS company reported that the Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UBRIR) began implementation of the SAP Process Mining by Celonis platform. According to the company, a system will allow bank to increase efficiency of process of issuance of credits, to reveal and refuse all inefficient scenarios of sales and to reduce time and finance costs. In addition, it is going to lower load of employees of the retail block at the expense of the analysis of unusual situations in customer service and developments of measures for their reduction.

The Process Mining technology automatically generalizes data from information systems and shows real process of customer service. Information can be used as for real time of the analysis and the choice of corrective actions, and for search of ways of improvement of processes in the future. All this will allow UBRIR to increase operational efficiency.

Desire of bank to use other approach to business process management in addition to already existing tools became premises for SAP implementation of Process Mining by Celonis in UBRIR. During the project several directions for the analysis and optimization, including the most priority – issuance of credits to individuals were selected. In this process the negative factors influencing client impressions, conversion of sales, labor productivity and quality of decision making will be revealed.

At the expense of the implemented SAP Process Mining by Celonis platform of improvement will occur on a permanent basis. At the same time the solution allows not to make any long-term big investments in analytics and researches that gives positive economic effect for bank by significant economy of means.

As well as in any other segment of business, for reputation of bank very important that clients received good service, and services were rendered strictly in certain time frames. Employee performance of the retail block is measured by the number of successful transactions. For this purpose it is necessary to learn and analyze, how qualitatively and effectively each of them works. Performing similar diagnostics by traditional techniques in large credit institution – process long and costly. SAP Process Mining by Celonis is the tool giving the answer to a question how precisely to estimate indicators of work of each employee of the bank, each section of process at any time and in any sales point. The main value of Process Mining – an opportunity to manage processes of the company and quality of work of hundreds of employees, obtaining the necessary information in full in the minimum terms.
