2025: Implementation of the FIS Collection System

JSC KB Ural FD implemented FIS Collection system - to automate the return of overdue debts of retail customers. Bank received a tool for end-to-end automation of all stages of collection: from processing of primary debt contact center to the implementation of late stages of collection. This was FIS announced on April 8, 2025.

In connection with the adoption of Federal Law No. 467-FZ of 04.08.2023 (supplement to Federal Law No. 230-FZ of 03.07.2016), we required the use of a single platform for working with overdue debts that meets legal requirements. The creation of an end-to-end business process using the FIS Collection allows you to achieve a uniform approach, automate processes that were previously carried out in manual mode, and, accordingly, increase the level of control over the entire collection procedure (deadlines, legislative requirements, management decision-making efficiency). As a result of the implementation, we received a comprehensive optimization of the Bank's processes for working with problem debts of customers, - said Kirill Boltrushevich, Executive Director of Ural FD CB JSC (Дом.ру financial brand).

The team of the Skolkovo resident FIS in Ural FD automated soft and hard collection, as well as a stage bankruptcies deeply customized to business requirements. Late stages of recovery, judicial and enforcement proceedings were digitalized (including recovery from heirs, dealing with insurance cases, cession, settlement agreement and debt cancellation).

As a result of the project "Ural FD" (Bank "Дом.ру"):

  • automated a full collection cycle on a single platform;
  • received customized collection strategies in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 230-FZ, business methodology and changing market conditions;
  • integrated the collection system with ABS and external services - Genesys Outbound contact center with telephony and a diver, guaranteed notification delivery system (sms) and Active Directory;
  • transferred the work with the problem portfolio of individuals to the FIS system.
