To system implementation of credit requests in Uralfinance commercial bank

The certified partner of EleWise company, Flexible Technologies company completed the project on system implementation of credit requests in Uralfinance commercial bank Yekaterinburg. A system is constructed based on the ELMA platform, the developer Elevayz company.

Within the project the following key mechanisms are implemented:

• Routes for three credit products of bank are designed and the corresponding document forms are implemented;
• Special forms of the reporting are developed for portfolio analysis of credit requests in different cuts;
• Double-sided integration of schemes of processing of credit requests from several Bureaus of credit histories is carried out;
• Work with base of failures on the credits of bank is automated;
• Integration into the core banking system of Bank regarding automatic creation of the agreement on the basis of the accepted credit request is executed.

Trial operation which lasted from March to July, 2011 confirmed success of implementation of the main requirements of bank to processing system of credit requests. Within the project several groups of specialists of bank who within network of additional offices of bank began processing of credit requests in the ELMA system were trained.

For today in a system more than 2 thousand credit requests of clients of bank are processed. According to Maria Nikulina, the head of the credit department of individuals: "The ELMA system allowed to reduce significantly time for processing of one accepted request for the credit and, respectively, to reduce time for decision-making and issuance of credit. It, certainly, is interesting not only to us, but also our clients whose number grows, the geography of network of offices of bank extends. Decrease in cost value of processing of the credit request at the expense of an exception of duplication of information input, automation of work with credit bureaus and the core banking system is especially noticeable. It is possible to tell that the full-fledged credit pipeline began to work for us".

The Flexible Technologies company and Uralfinance bank will continue cooperation in development of processing system of credit requests both regarding scaling of the ELMA system, and regarding expansion of functionality.
