Uralgeologia Group of Companies has implemented the CSP ELMA365 platform to create a single information space and automate the processes of coordination, document management and task management. Elma announced this on December 18, 2025.

Uralgeologia Group of Companies provides a full range of services for geological study of subsurface resources for solid minerals. The Company performs geological exploration, drilling, geophysical and geochemical works. The company has 200 employees as of December 2025, including office and field specialists.

Scaling the business has led to problems in project management. The company recorded deadlines for work, long decision-making time, multiple manual and paper operations. The absence of uniform regulations for the implementation of tasks led to the impossibility of meeting the deadlines for the implementation of projects.

In July 2022, the company launched testing ELMA365 CSP. The main task was to create a single information space for all departments and ensure end-to-end traceability of processes from application to result. The platform automates approvals, document flow and notifications, provides control over the status of tasks and deadlines, as well as analytics and reporting.

The criteria for choosing CSP ELMA365 were client interface focus, scalability, BPMN notation compliance, fast application creation and cost-effectiveness.

The company's information technology department provided all phases of application development: development of the process diagram, data structure, modeling, technical development, implementation and support of project solutions. Business process owners defined requirements, agreed on milestones, and accepted results within their areas of responsibility.
