Uralmash (HRMS BOSS-personnel officer)

JSC Uralmash is the rayonoobrazuyushchy center of mechanical engineering industry in Yekaterinburg. Today is about 17 thousand employees on its staff. In 1996 JSC Uralmash was a part of JSC OMZ – the largest engineering company of Russia.

Project Tasks

• Replacement of the outdated software operated at the enterprise, an end-to-end system on registration of personnel and payroll;
• Integration with the system of financial and economic activity Platinum SQL;
• Reporting for the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, RPF and Goskomstat.

Project Effect

• ensuring simultaneous operation in a system up to 120 users, including up to 90 operators of the settlement centers executing simultaneous calculation for workshops and divisions or formation of codes for the salary;
• the single database is created (contains information more than about 32 thousand people, including the information about the dismissed employees;)
• duration of payroll of one person – is reduced to 2 seconds (in the simplest cases) and up to 12 seconds (if hospital days, price-work salary and so forth are considered).
