Content

On December 30, 2015 the New Technologies company announced monitoring system implementation Avtotreker in Urals-Remstroyservice company[1].

Project Tasks

Urals-Remstroyservice LLC render transport services for EuroChem — the Usolye Potash Plant LLC.

Control of a construction adherence to deadlines — the main objective which was pursued by "EuroChem — the Usolye Potash Plant" company at monitoring system implementation. In addition, a system should ensure safety of transportations of personnel on an object, exclude drainings of fuel and minimize cases of idle times or use of transport for personal reasons.

Project Progress

At the first stage motor transport of Urals-Remstroyservice LLC is equipped with telematic Avtotreker terminals and the system of a public address system the driver — the manager. For ensuring confidentiality of information special onboard blocks with closed channels of data transmission were implemented. For accounting of fuel consumption and control of draining technologies of data reading from the car CAN bus are used, a part of cars are equipped with AT-FLM-RF M1 radio fuel level sensors. The equipment of passenger buses and fuel-servicing trucks is made according to the 285th order of Ministry of Transport.

Preserving of complete confidentiality of work is important for Urals-Remstroyservice LLC company. Therefore on an object organized own dispatching center where Avtotreker Group implemented implementation of the technical part based on data encryption between onboard blocks and the server according to the international standard RSA (the technology used for data encryption and the digital signature). Also together with the cellular operator the network of SIM cards without the external Internet is started.

Project Results

For December 30, 2015 a system is ready to work. Specialists of Novye tekhnologii Group provided complex training of staff of Urals-Remstroyservice company in features of work, administration of a system and installation of equipment. The next stage of implementation Avtotreker — to adjust control of the works schedule by special equipment and to integrate a monitoring system with a corporate system "EuroChem — the Usolye potash plant", based on the Oracle platform.

We needed the supplier with experience with mining and processing works. Monitoring of transport and special equipment is quite difficult in our industry owing to its specifics. Interruptions of GSM of communication because of remoteness of objects from city infrastructure, height differences, use of the highly specialized equipment — all this can create noises in system operation and to obtaining malformed data. We collected and analyzed responses about system operation Avtotreker at other enterprises. And though they in general were positive, the company had to pass through serious tender. The first stage of the project convinced us, and of competence of the supplier, and that the selected system really meets our requirements.

Today the large companies already seldom use a monitoring system only for the solution of basic tasks. Modern monitoring systems already allow to control the delivery schedule of materials and special equipment on an object, to monitor observance of technology speed of operation of units when carrying out construction and drilling operations, to trace places of loading and unloading. At the beginning of the next year we are going to complete the 2nd stage of the project in Urals-Remstroyservice company, to generalize the economic effect gained as a result of operation of the Avtotreker system and to scale the solution.
