Uraltorgservice (EME WMS)

The Uraltorgservice is the large distribution company working at the alcoholic market.

The warehouse with a total area of 8000 sq.m, in Yekaterinburg, is divided into three zones (each zone stores the type of goods), rack and floor storage is performed.

Within study of the project the decision of a step-by-step project startup on zones was made. Under control of specialists of "EME", the first zone was started. Thanks to high flexibility of EME.WMS, for start of other zones departure of specialists of "EME" remote support was not required, performed. It allowed to reduce costs on start of a system.

In a warehouse end-to-end accounting on ranges of excise stamps is performed, the problem of work with analogs is solved (a possibility of selection in the order of interchangeable SKU). At shipment the add-on module of the professional version - control of collected orders with the shipping documentation is used. For each customer group unique algorithms of order processing, proceeding from requirements for lot-based structure and physical parameters of packages of the order, including for clients of the HoReCa group are configured. The program considers all nuances of work with ranges of excise stamps, such as intersection of ranges of excise stamps in batches and presence of excess range.

It is possible to note also the interesting fitting algorithm of goods: by means of scanning of an excise stamp a system identifies and checks a batch of the picked-up goods. Further batch number is transferred to 1C and on the basis of this information department of certification and accounting quickly and precisely prepares documents for shipment of the order. Thanks to it the speed of selection and other warehouse transactions increased.

Within the project integration from corporate 1C by a system using SQL of the web portal is made. Thanks to the fulfilled technology interface of two systems was made less than in a week.

All warehouse transactions are performed using data collection terminals of Datalogic, the skorpio x3 and falcon x3 models which were delivered and configured by EME company.

System implementation of EME.WMS allowed to increase sharply capacity of a warehouse that will significantly affect sales to the company during a high throughput season.
