2023: Implementation of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 solution

JSC Ust-Katavsky Car Building Plant is today the oldest car building enterprise in the entire territory of the post-Soviet space.

The situation before the start of the project

Accounting was carried out in 1S:UPP. The typical functionality of the 1S:UPP is not enough to carry out activities, as a result of which the software product has been greatly improved. A refined 1S:UPP is difficult to maintain. The number of failures and errors is increasing.

The creation of reports on the BARS was carried out outside the boundaries of the existing system, with many manual adjustments.

Project objectives

The purpose of the work is to ensure the automation of key processes of operational and production activities of UKVZ JSC, which ensures the possibility of their detailed analysis in order to timely form management reports, by developing and implementing a comprehensive automated enterprise management system based on 1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2. " It is necessary to replace the software product used in the enterprise - 1S:UPP - due to its irrelevance and the imminent completion of support from the developer.

Project results

The following key production processes of JSC UKVZ have been automated: -

  • regulatory reference information management (hereinafter referred to as NSI);
  • production management;
  • operational accounting, including the minimum required volume of the following main processes:
    • Procurement management;
    • Sales Management;
    • warehousing and inventory management.

  • Transfer databases to System ["[1C]]: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "

The company received:

  • Modern accounting system. The introduced system, typical functionality, blocked some of the previously implemented improvements. Also, the presence of a certain functionality in the 1C:ERP made it possible to optimize the customer's processes, improve the quality of management;
  • Possibility of operational generation of reports on BARS from the system. The speed of reporting increased by 90%, from several weeks to several hours. It became possible to form interim reporting on separate production.
  • Lack of a large number of improvements. Implementation of existing modifications with minimal change in the typical configuration and implementation of most modifications through external files. Description of implemented modifications. Made it possible to unload the IT service of the enterprise and minimize processing by personnel

  • The company produces civil and defense products. As a result, it is necessary to keep records in two directions;

  • Complex processes in the delivery of materials. Additional execution of documentation for products that were delivered by mistake or do not meet the requirements;

    • tram production, including overhaul of tram cars;

The uniqueness of the system is that:

  1. Accounting is carried out in two directions, civil and defense products;
  2. Availability of additional stages in production for the products according to the BARS. Intermediate quality control;
  3. We have implemented cost distributions for the cost of production on order, from products produced for destructive control methods.
